The 2010 Cairns & District Junior Eisteddfod will showcase the wonderful talents of the young people of the Cairns region in the disciplines of Dance, Drama, Music & Literary.

Sessions are being held daily at the Cairns Civic Theatre from Tuesday 22nd June to Saturday 3rd July. There are three sessions daily; the morning session commences at 8.30am, the afternoon session at 1.30pm, and the evening session at 7.30pm.

Session tickets for any session of the eisteddfod held at the Cairns Civic Theatre can be bought in advance from Monday 1st June. It is strongly recommended that tickets are pre-purchased, particularly for afternoon and evening sessions of the dancing eisteddfod when large groups are programmed to perform.

Other sessions of the eisteddfod are being held at the Cairns & District Junior Eisteddfod Hall in Greenslopes Street, Edge Hill, from Thursday 17th June 2010.
